My name is Muhammad, I graduated from Engineering, Civil Department., I have experienced in engineering projects within construction and architecture fields in Management Departments. During my career, I have participated in 20 projects all are in Egypt. I worked in Xervon GmbH in the Planning Department for many years, my daily duties were preparing and updating projects schedule plans, preparing weekly reports, monitoring daily work progress, and preparing weekly and monthly reports based on the data which is sent by the construction engineer.

According to the reports I was attending progress meetings to talk about the following:-

The current status as a Descriptive analytics and compare between the actual and the plan.
Why this deviation from the path -Schedule Plan- happened as a Diagnostic analytics. Last but not least,
what could happen in the project as a Predicative analytics by some equations and standard formulas such like Earned Value which could help us to follow the baseline schedule again and avoid any risk could happen in the future.
So., I decided to change my career after I found the great affinity between both titles – Planning & Data Analyst – different tools, data, and techniques but same way of thinking and same target so I’m full of excitement for this career to learn and merge my old experience with what I will learn in this field.
